i have spent the last couple months with 79 of 80 frags of tendo pain and have spent every coupon and ingot i can on the events that give that one fragment and have yet to recieve it. ill spend 100 coupons a day on lucky stars wheel and all i get is 2 stars and a seal scroll from time to time. the RNG for this game has woked against me since i started this profile but i understand patience will normally get the desired effect. in this case though i have spent over 20 dollars in coupons to get one frag and one character frag isnt worth that amount i don't care what character it is. i used to spend 100 dollars to 200 dollars a month on this game, but if the RNG doesnt encourage it with periodic rewards then it makes people want to stop spending because they see other players/ friends do free pulls on everything and get the "rare" outcomes. i just ask that maybe you look into the RNG of the game since it does seem to be on the unfair side of things. i love the game and have been a loyal member since the game came out and i do help our GL with finding bugs and coming up with ideas to make this game even more amazing than it is.
