since you have top make multiple 5k ingot-purchases you should have realised that you werent getting any ingots from the 1st purchase, you need to be more careful with big numbers..
also in some cases if you purchase many BIG things at once, many red flags are getting raised so your in-game currency gets stalled. just politely contact support and they will help you. dont go around putting empty threats about legal action, that wouldnt even affect oasis games in the first place
