If you have the worst RNG that you can get it is:
50 stars for 2 fragments
50 stars = 25 *20 ingots = 500 ingots
500 ingots * 40 = 20k ingots

i repeat its the worst case you could get.

Tendo is like 12-18k coupons/ingots, Raikage is 24-35 spins per frag(basically 700-800coups or ingots), Hashirama to unlock is 13k-20k coupons/ingots. Hanzo is 4.2k-6400k coupons or ingots.
