I think the smart play right now would be not to waste seals on SN since there are so many other treasures you could draw from.

SN is 1 of the better ninjas, but with BAD RNG it could cost you 180 seals which if you add 30 more seals would give you Roshi or Han now.

I decided one final pull and I got Sage Naruto. Now I am going to go to the other treasures. I am done with Sage Seal Treasure.

Congratz on SN, he really is as good as people say.

Now go to either kage or jinchuuriki (I would still go to kage until you get bee and a mei/danzo/gaara) to build a competitive team.

Im quite confused since I got sage naruto from a free draw either 30 pulls or 40 so whats the situation there?

The things work this way: when you click on 'draw' a dice is rolled and you have a certain chance to get 1 ninja. Let's take sage treasure. Very likely for every draw you do there's an 1.5% chance to get one ninja among sage naruto, ao and orochimaru. In addition to this there's an hidden counter to prevent the unlucky streak, so when you reach that counter you are guaranteed to get one rare. That counter for sage treasure is 60. So you can get earlier than your 60th draw a rare if you are lucky or if you are unlucky you will get it at 60.
