normally is next server of you + / -
they don't care if other server hawe the Stronghest player . if they need a merge for example you are server 100 , and server 99 hawe pretty god activity , but 101 dossen't hawe and 102 you will merge with 101 and 102 . they don't look on cristeria if is more spenders on one server or not . i can say this that i'm pretty sure when we merge they just made it to keep us playng .
