Your current line-up is fine as it is for your level and current main. You should get more ninja, then try asking again.

If you want a longer combo, replace Kabuto for Karin. If you want sustain, then keep Kabuto.
Upgrading Sasuke completes the set. Both Kabuto and Karin give the line-up a decently long combo. It's all about what you want.
