Shields are they worth it

I have recently just been lucky enough to get Fu Yamanaka Temari and Ao all at 3*

All three give shields to 9 Ninjas

Fu to Fire and Lightning
Temari to Wind and Earth
Ao to Water and Fire

would it be worthwhile me making teams around them for ranked?
