that's the big question, i don't think it was 3.0 that got this change, at least not in germany or china. I could be wrong but.. and even if it is, given their situation it's a * move. It would be smarter to put mood scrolls back in wheel and leave them in sage even if only for 1 or 2 weeks. Then no complaints could be had really. I understand this decision but it does not work with a company who's game is near dying and the player base is always angry at them. Any other company it'd be fine but not oasis.

Basically mood scrolls don't exist. And to level mood you need dango and coupons.
