if you want to jump start your hanzo fragments wait till he is in the mobilization event, if you trade all your missions for the duration of the whole event you can easily get 30-40 of his fragments just from the ''free''points alone and if you add in your daily convoy coupons you can hit the 40 frags per week mark very easy. that's how I got him
