What ninjas would work well with each of them?

For example, to do a meta lineup with minato do i need to have a very high BP, similar to the roshi situation? or do i need other premium ninja such as tobirama or one of the susanoo brothers?

Likewise for obito, does he require danzo to make full use of? or maybe han or roshi?
