In germany everyone was Hyped for minato and most People completely ignored obito but a few weeks later most competitive players started using obito because you can pretty much play him with every main and he is always good minato needs his chases and his standard to start a combo to be good and if he doesnt do it you are screwed if you rely on him and you should also consider that minato is pretty squishy

Also noteworthy is that both of them cant dodge certain attacks like susanoo sasukes/tentens mystery and ays/susanoo itachis standard attack

the ones i mentioned are the only ones that matter there are two more i remember right away that they cant dodge which are orochimarus and tobis mystery

You Need high bp for minato and you dont really need Premium ninjas for both of them
