  • I tried both website and mini client and couldn't login to my main account (using Oasis Games Account). My forum account didn't work either. It showed an error message "user doesn't exist" or "wrong username/password". Luckily after an hour and a couple of tries it worked...
Clear your cache and try again. Make sure to type your password manually.

  • I did but it didn't seem to work and I'm sure the password was correct as I've tried typing it several times with no luck.
