It does sometimes happen that a treasure doesn't display what was received, but the item was not lost.
The easiest way to spot it is if you get coins, because they go across the screen to your coin total, although items also sometimes "appear to not appear". If the treasure counted to the weekly mission, there is nothing to worry about :)
