i used this team for my water

sai main empty
suigetsu haku empty
empty empty empty

used taijutsu, super shark bomb, dragon bomb, water enhancement and water clone. tonton was the summon. did alright.

for wind use baki temari and gaara, if you don't have gaara naruto is fine
or if you have guy, guys is good for buffs too.

haku is used for the water class, sasuke for the lightning, and anko for fire

did the OP say they were wind? Ooops, I may have missed that.

I play as a Wind Main, and in the beginning I went with Naruto, Lee, and Tenten. Worked decently until I got Guy, who I substituted with Tenten. I upgraded Naruto and Lee to 3*, and it made a huge difference. And then I got Gaara, and gave a sad farewell to Lee.

Nowadays, I usually go with 4* Gaara, 3* Naruto, and 3* Guy working with a 3* Main. If you put them in the right order, Gaara shields all of Naruto's clones, plus the Main's clones if you're LV50+ (I think). Gaara and Main both buff all Wind ninjas on Attack and Ninjutsu by 40%, while Guy buffs Attack for the whole team. Currently for Nine Tails, Main's talents are 1/1/3/3/1, with a summoning of Chameleon (Tonton works too, if you're between LV 50 and LV53; if you're below LV50, don't worry about it. ).

I don't have Baki so I can't speak for how he does, but Temari works alright. Personally, I'd rather have Guy's team buff, but that's just me.
