did you really expect it to be the same date as the anniversary events? That trying to get 3.0 working and the extra events would just be too much work for Oasis to pull off. Besides, they still have another week in the month to keep their estimate of "in July". When I saw 3.0 did not drop on 13th I knew it would be on the 27th instead.

I'm sure that will make a lot of people very angry people are way more accepting of being given a set date even if it's a late date rather than being *ed around on a weekly basis. Also you are assuming oasis is planning any ingame events germany didn't have anything special for their anniversary I wouldn't hold your breath.
