For your level I would look at improving Ino and Shikamaru stars and level them up, put Earth main as tank and include either Lee or Kankuro as a damage dealer. Gives you some healing from Ino, and a small amount of CC, should be enough for the automatic mode to immobilise and chaos through combos.

I had a lot of ranked success early on using fire and lightning main, Hinata, Shikamaru and Ino, should do largely the same thing. You c*so use Earth main offensively, rather than shielding, with Hinata to tank instead.
