His strong points are that he gets hp every turn, immune to debuffs and that he ignites anyone who attacks him. He is great against teams that focus on winning through poison, ignites and is pretty good against those teams with multiple healers or against ninjas like lee.

Weak point is mainly that he has no chases and can die very quickly if focused down with single target damage.

You can mess around a bit with him and see how it goes, I definitely advice to use either hinata or gaara on the front line with him. Gaara gives him a shield and hinata can start her chases of him. For the rest just try to link up the chases.

If you also get a kurenai then you will be especially strong vs teams that focus on status effects for their victory condition.
