You would be better off looking at his ninjas stats compared to yours first, then figure out why they higher or lower. So far you also not mentioned ninja moods and tactics and costumes, also 2 people can have same level tools but they could give drastically different power because some things add more others less, like +4 resistance adds almost no power.
