If it is anything like the 2.0 change then no the counters should be the same

  • There is no definite answer yet, all there are is just merely speculation based on other Naruto version. Unless a game staff or mods could confirm this.. we could get a different content or whatever change it is..
Good luck getting any info from the Devs. They hate sharing any info at all. I used to be a GL so I learned how they don't think we need to know anything.

Like I said, if 2.0->3.0 goes the same as 1.0->2.0 then the pulls will stay the same. I have been tracking my pulls since launch and I have never had a reset happen. I have always been able to accurately predict my rare pulls. So unless they do something different with this update, no it will not reset
