Everyone been asking but i doubt an admin will answer, i dont think they will keep their word on this since it has been months, they might have hoped we forgot about it but nope, we haven't.

If I recall that was posted a bit after the Aristeaus drama as crowd control, a sort of pacifier for the out rage. The mood scrolls will be removed completely and dango will be used both for setting the mood and upgrading the mood level. If they can go against the predesignated route the China has paved for us it would be the first event of its kind (and truly amazing for Oasis's standards). Otherwise we have been given a false promise and the mods/admins will give you cookie cutter and beat around the bush responses to that question.

It is what it is. Most of the other stuff they did. They have a schedule if the cross sage poll showed anything is that what people say/vote for and what are they going to do are different things and they will follow their schedule and do changes only when those don't mess with their own agenda.

I'm not saying they're evil, but just adjust your expectation according to those facts.

Well it looks like its working for them. If you can't change OAS, then you have to change. Change how you are going to continue playing and do research on other servers that are ahead of ours. However, you can thank the whales for the reason they are continuing this business strategy.
