This better not be the only thing you guys are doing for the anniversary. First of all it isn't even in game, so majority of your players will not be participating. Second of all it isn't even rewarding all your players. If this is just a little something extra then fine ok, but if this is it....

I can't tell if you are lying or not about being F2P. It is very hard to tell without seeing your other ninjas and refines.

It is possible to have S.Sasuke as F2P if you sunk all your scrolls into Kage, and saved since starting. Seeing how you can get 27.3 seal scrolls a week guaranteed for free, maybe round it up to 35 factoring in the random ones here and there. S.Sasuke cost around 1000 scrolls. So it is possible with a lot of patience.

As for the refine, I just got my lvl 9 on my first position. All my other refines on him are at 7, while my other ninjas are sitting at 6. I know it is a lot of RNG with refines but still...fishy lol
