Most Unforgettable Moment: You guys waiting 6 months to tell us Gold Tools are a bug after a lot of people benefited from them but others get screwed and left with a permanent disadvantage "just because". The apology being a whopping 3 Tool essence that can't be used until level 80 and don't actually mean anything in the grand scheme of things was also pretty unforgettable.
