Unless, of course, you get get top 3 place cheaply. Which you can find out on the last day of the event if you could. I find it unlikely thou.
I may have just been lucky however I have so far found the wheel really good and at the risk they change the odds, I topped up 2500 ingot and used all on the wheel which got a decent amount of power value (about 4-500 bp) and walked away with a 3* haku.
