Hello,
we swap items redeemable from events not to make it harder for players but just to bring some changes. Its unfortunate that you dislike this changes but from my player point of view, i still appreciate those charm packs given the rarity to obtain it, unlike medium refine which you can obtain from group shop.
and to everyone, please don't flame this topic just because of your failure to succeed in purification/refining/charming your equipments as those are decisions you had chosen to take.

Are you kidding us? We chose to take those decisions? It's how the game plays...it's not that we have any other option, do we? Well...the other is to stop playing like many did.
Next time you write something like that, please give it a second thought cause it is highly insulting to your playerbase.

I'm not surprised, i am used to them deleting my posts as i am just stating the truth and they keep making themselves look bad by posting these kinds of answers as people aren't as dumb as they think they are.
It's just extremely sad to see such a great game in such incompetent hands, that's all there is to it.

I havent seen anyone flaming yet, but it's frustrating to us players watching every week poorly made decisions, like the one in the flower ranking, only 1st place gets the clothing suit, for me that's a poor decision, and you dont have to lie to us.... charm/refines/purification are RNG based, you never know if it's going to be your liking or not.
As a mod, be more respectful of the community or leave. -
