You're asking for a lineup, so I guess your post is fine here :-)

For this instance Hinata is pretty useful, because she dodges all the standard attack (at least she is supposed to) and she has an interupt/accupuncture.
I don't know which main you're running but you can do it with every main if you interupt the original konan in turn 2 and try to kill the clone in the middle with a mystery.
So for example you can try a lineup like this:

X - X - (Main)
Sasuke - X - Kimimaro
X - X - Hinata

Talents may differ for each Main, you should pick a mystery that hits multiple enemies and starts a chase. Also you may have to choose the correct chase and summon.
