Matsuri and Sage are broken currently when it comes to things like this. Honestly instead of level based it should be power based with a +/-5 difference

Atleast then if you got a better team you could be someone of better power.

Ex. someone rocking team 7 who has more power loses to someone with water meta team who loses to a LM blitz team who has same power but was better had selecting and using his mysteries (IE SKILL)
