Hi there,

Please remember that the bonus only applies if you have stayed in the bath for 2 hours straight.
Any break, and bonus won't appear.

  • Are u sure? I always come out of the baths when an events appears before 2h (ti,sealed,etc) but i can still get bonus.
At the moment, this is the version that I am aware to be the case.
I can't really confirm it from my own experience, but I will ask the team for a solid confirmation of it ;)
Sorry for being ambiguous with this case, it's just something I'm currently not able to state with 100% certainty.

  • Actually there are many errors via puffin u can try it.
I do use Puffin rarely, although I have never encountered any problems with it (other than being inconvenient, due to mobile not being supported by the game).
Did you get this issue on Puffin only/always on Puffin, or is it something that randomly occurs to you between pc and mobile?

So, when you try Puffin, you get no bonus, when you use client you get the bonus?
Sorry if I'm asking for the obvious, need to make extra sure, if I'm going to test/forward it.

Sorry, I meant if it's a constant situation (puffin = no bonus, client = bonus) XD
Just need to make sure, to have a basis for any tests.

    But... at least yesterday it's a no. I've always thought it was RNG... dis shist be confusing!

    Doesn't seems that mod knows for sure.... huge testing required I'd guess
For a few days now, I'm doing the testing, when I will get enough info, I will let you know about it.
It may take some time, to do testing on browser, client, puffin, medal/nomedal, etc., but I'll do my best to get it done asap
