I seem to have some problem with my initiative agains only one guy.

As i know, the auto barriers are set up accordingly to the average initiative. I have around 8700 sum initiative (for 4 ninja). A guy i fought in pvp duel (on map, not in event) had 7700, for 4 ninja. But he took my barriere ( i fought him 3 times, and always took it). I tried to relog into the game, but that didn't help either.This is the first time I experience this, he was not playing in the past one or two weeks, and before that i always had the barrier when I was in team, or in battle with/against him. I fought two other guys, who i know had less initiative than me, and things worked normal there. Did anyone experiene a problem like this also? Does somebody knows the reason?
