    Do we get free seal scroll after plot/elite instances?
The gold fish is like the star event,you get some points and you use them. You can get bait (a kind of scroll that you use just for fish) from seal scrolls etc

    If its like star events that would be explained clearly hehehe
You do have a daily thing + you can get nets like scrolls. So it is like the stars in a way because the nr of points is random (i think)
