  • Im high power ppl and higher power than opponent, roshi cant even tank for 1 round without gakido or earth main mystery, i lose to cancer water team with lower 10k power than me. Kimimaro is definetely better than roshi, he can tank light main blitz team with higher power and barrier while roshi back to mama with opponent lower power using no barrier. You guys can see no one use roshi in sage world.

You do understand that roshi is not by any means considered a tank right? And compering him to a kimimaro is insane? If you ever stoped and looked at growth of Roshi you would see his insane nin growth and that is it, so to all the players that are to lazy or * to check something, first check it then starting talking since Roshi IS NOT CONSIDERED A TANK(in a traditional way that is)! • I use roshi in my team, and am 100% F2P. I make sure he has a clone in front of him, bee shield, and fire main shield. I have been having good luck with him. My buddy uses earth main to shield him which helped him win some 10k power difference fights.

To me it sounds like you want a ninja that is indestructible. Roshi is probably one of the most balance ultra ninjas in the game. He has many strengths, but a low defense and resistance to make up for it. He has almost full team ignite chase, a mystery that hits everyone and destroys barriers, heals every turn, immune to debuffs, and scaling nin and defense. He isn't game breaking, but he is perfectly balanced
As long as a single ninja can change meta i wouldn't go as far as saying he is perfectly balanced. He is a ninja who has his goods and bads, but overall he is above average ninja. Ofc we are talking if you are building the team right.

see you in a few months when everyone will play him like that :)
Next time atleast look something up before comenting on it so you don't look *.If you ever actually saw Roshis stat you would have a clue what i am talking about.
The picture below is Roshi's stat and the picture after is kimimarus stats(kimimaru since he is considered to be a tank)

As you can see roshi has almost to non def and res growth meaning he is not inteded to be a tank in that general meaning of the word. The fact that he has defense growth on hit implies that with the right team that allows him to survive through round 1-3 he will become a tank.

  • Actually, Roshi is considered a ramp-up tank. As you said, he needs a few rounds to become tanky so technically his role is still to tank. He has a lower def growth because his kit ramps up his def and nin on every tai hit. You can't just say he's not a tank because his stat growth doesnt look like a tank's stat growth. You have to consider his skillset as well, but yeah I agree that he's not a traditional tank.
Precisely i didn't say he wasn't a tank i just implied he wasn't considered a tank in the traditional way.
