As others have stated, Roshi isn't supposed to be a god mode tank. Unfortunately for low-moderate power players, you cant get much use out of him unless you run a team that supports him. i.e. earth main, gaikido, etc. Han, in the next treasure, is geared more towards lower powered players. He provides a lot more utility to the power difference. and somewhat evens the playing field. The best advice I could give to anyone wanting to use Roshi at a lower power...use Earth or Water main. Something that will sustain his squishiness before the 4th or 5th round.

P.S- 3.0 will have no impact on Roshi. A few ninjas will recieve some quality of life buffs but nothing to drastically change the issues you are facing now with him
