Here are mine:
Azure is a synthesized human created by Orochimaru to become tge perfect child, but the base she was in, was unfortunately raided and was separated with Orochimaru.
Crimson, is a synthesized human as well, but created to become a bijuu subduer, that's why he has the Mokuton. But unfortunately, he gained super strenght as wwll. He ended up in Konoha for reasins unknown, only to be adopted by Gai.
Breeze, I think, is Naruto's siter. You cant just go and teach the Rasengan to others! based on observation, the Rasengan is known to those close Minato. So I possibly assume Breeze is related to Naruto.
Scarlet was a separated Uchiha from the others and was taken in by a masked man. He was discovered by the -Hokage in a war zone and placed in the orphanage.
Midnight is a Hatake that got separated from his parents and was taken in by Danzo, admitted into Root. But when Tenzo/Yamato was liberated, so was he, after Tenzo/confided to Kakashi he had a living relative.
The only one I don't like is the breeze one. Here is why.
Anyone CAN learn the Rasengan, as it takes a lot of chakra control and chakra levels. We see Konohamaru be taught the Rasengan. Who has no ties to Minato.
As for my theory.
Every main is only 1 person, we see this in the game when you have to fight yourself and there is 4 of you. The main has multiple personality syndrome, whom has aspects of various orochimaru's experiments. When the main changes their Chakra nature their appearance also changes awakening the other personality int he process while the previous one goes to "sleep".
We see the experiments with Azure Fang and curse marks, Crimson Fist with Mokuton using Hashirama's Cells, Scarlet Blaze, being created from the DNA of the Uchiha but altered of not having the Sharingan as to prevent from having the Rinnegan. Especially since it c*e Fire Style and Genjutsu. Lightning Main with Kakashi's DNA whom is very proficient with Lightning style. Gaining the same Power as Sasuke's Lightning style, through training. Breeze Dancer, combining the cells of Minato and one of the Kazekage's through Wind Style, Fan and Giant Rasengan while having a power of a Sage. Whom Orochimaru has the bodies or did have at one point. -

- That is true. And if you think about it, in the game you unlock the rasengan at a level where naruto is supposed to be in shippuden state. This is also prior to konohamaru knowing it, so you inference that Naruto taught Breeze the rasengan.
Well Breeze Dancer I believe learns Giant Rasengan at 35 or 45 (rather not make a new character to check) which is before the shippuden plots. So around the Final Valley Arc where Naruto already knows it. While Sage Art - Rasengan Barrage is during the shippuden plots. So I don't think Naruto could had taught Breeze Dancer the Rasengan to begin with. -

- That is true, though Naruto still has the ability to teach someone, is is more unlikely. As for your theory, i find it to be quite interesting and can possibly be correct. Each main being one person, would explain the change class option. Though, the one thing I do wonder is that this character was created by orochimaru. In what appears to be lots and lots of them too. So you can suppose he was making an army for his bidding. This is when I pose the question, if this is what he intended, why not just make a superwarrior with all DNA of the mains in one personality rather then 5?
Orochimaru wouldn't be able to control the Main, or the Main wouldn't be able to control themselves with that much power and he wanted something to control a bit easier or the experiment was incomplete cause the Anbu found the main character in one of Orochimaru's labs. My theory with other players is that the main character is also schizophrenic and they don't really exist. And the "ninjas" we recruit are just shadow clones of the original, or puppets. -
