As you can check on those photos event should be still on, but its over. So i couldnt reclaim things with me stars? Can u open again? Or should i cry at support for compensation? (you can check server time in second photo).

same thing happened on S8 this event supposed to end tomorrow on my server but now is gone.

It is.

Events deadline is server time and date, not your local time. That means event will end today at 11:59 (server time). I don't know on what server are you playing.
