Please look into Enma i beileve his Passive Guarding is defienetly not currently working for some odd reason I have tried multiple different spots in the 1st Rank so he doesn't get hit by a Standard Attack and he still does Please look into him I actually have a comp for him and at least 3 lvl 5 Res Matagama's across him.
