GNW Kiba 3* would help me alot, but there is no way to get him to 3* for me now. Will you make it so the servers that opened not at the start of the month get him, or are we basically f@!#d? I can't guarantee the frags getting to your server, it is highly unlikely, unfortunately :/
What I meant, is I will forward it as a suggestion for the future, if it will be implemented.

I apologize if I wasn't clear enough with my answer, and I wish you good luck on your endeavors to get the missing fragments! They appear sometimes in event boxes, from what I noticed, so maybe you will be lucky with those sometime :)
