If you REALLY want a refund, you can probably get it through your method of payment, unless it's a gift card or third party thing that doesn't have customer support. This will probably get you banned.

As for requesting Oasis for refund... in theory you should contact their CS department with full detail of the problem. Thou I have yet to hear that working out for anyone, thou it's probably not something they publicize.
