As mentioned before, please make sure that your equipment is set properly on your ninjas.

If you are certain, please let me know, I'll try to think of some other solution

  • first of all, its not my equipment, second thing would be that i asked her already about that before, she said everything is blue, thats not possible if it was purple the day before, "everything is blue......".
    what kind of evidence? is it recommended because of bugs like that to screenshot everything everyday? wtf.
If it's not you who experiences the problem, please let the player affected to contact either the forum, or Customer Service system.
Resolving issues through someone may cause some complications, it would go much smoother and safer if we have direct contact with the player.
