Where is the post about mood scrolls? I can't seem to find it.

Also, the group that I'm currently in on the China server doesn't have mood scrolls so either someone is lying about mood scrolls or its the guild level.

They havent even updated the lineup simulator, what makes you think they care about this?
Shame on Oasis as always.

I remember seeing a thread saying they were gonna put mood scrolls back in the group wheel also, but i think they deleted the thread so there is no proof they ever said that.

In china i believe mood scrolls were removed altogether from the system where now only dangos are needed for powering moods. Most people suspect that Oasis are being their usual deceptive selves by just waiting for this new system to be implemented and then saying that players should rejoice since mood scrolls are no longer needed. Sad thing is that if mood scrolls were not touched in the first place, everybody would have significantly powered up much faster without coupons or ingots. It is made worse when they actually promised this 3 months ago. Also note that updated group activity packs (part2.3) have also not been fulfilled and cave keys in wishing tree (part2.2 - promised as part of 2.0 update 3 months back) only came recently. Don't hold your breath.

Since they actually wrote that they bring back Mood srolls im just saving my Group Contribution Points until it finally happens. They released everything that they wrote on the list so that gives me some hope.

if you look at the post, they have no clue about it, i think half the time when they say they will forward things to the "team" they are just locking the post and not doing anything, and then the few things that do go to the team is ignored, and they think oh hey what will people not like, i know, cross server sage, cross server matsuri, lets make 20 more servers and not merge any.
