Being F2p I wouldn't advise going for roshi and maybe wait for the next treasure and go for han. Han removes buffs round 1 and will help with the troubles you have currently in pvp. This will pretty much even the playing field. He also has super armor so you can front line him. Although As others stated...you do have the pieces to build around Roshi. But its completely up to you
