your post aside (it's confusing), the answer is yes, free draws count to getting a designated. I've received designated from treasures i've never drawn in, it just takes about 4 months for most treasures. (120 days = 60 free draws). I imagine if you play long enough (800 days, or 26 months) you might even get a super rare from tendo from free draws.
