is it normal? im at 24 blessing points right now, 24 medium scrolls! does this have to be this expensive? i cant imagine how much money its cost people in our server with max refines if rates are normally like this.

a lot of people know what rng is so no need to copy paste from other sources. i want to know if other people are experiencing the same rng so i can gauge if this is a common thing or not.

I MADE IT GUYS! AT 39/40!! WTF !! what an insane rate, i don't even want to know the price cashers use with their max refines using ingots lol, someone in my server has a team of max refines, jeez wonder how much it cost him.
