Go into the ninja tab then training and click breakthrough. The only way to get skillbooks currently is to trade in fragments of that ninja for the book you would like.

There is a get *on right under the skillbook.

is there any method in the future to get skillbooks without using frags?

I heard something about getting them through logins, but it's still a rumour for now.

germany right now is getting kakashi books thru logins and cn has gotten alot of books thru logins so we will too eventualy(hoping for gnw sakura for collection first).

cn changed their system to no longer use frags as well so give it a year or so and we should have the cn system.

I don't see the get *on

Go to ninja, go to the screen that has awaken, cultivate, mood etc, then hit the Breakthrough. The ninjas who currently have skill books will show up on the list, select the one of them you want. The skills will show up, and the ones that can currently be booked are colored while the ones you can't are dark/grey. Click the one you want to book, it shows up an orange *on below, along with the icon for the book you need for it, as well as either 0/1 if you dont have the book or 1/1 if you do.

If you dont have the book, click that *on and it will show you how many frags of that ninja you need to exchange for the book. If you have enough frags, you can exchange, then it should change it to 1/1 and you can click again to book the skill.

Two things to keep in mind are that first off you need to have the ninja to be able to see their skills, and they have to be at least 4 star for you to be able to book any of them. If their skills can be booked twice to reach +2, it takes 5 star.

I am not however sure if the star requirement applies to rare ninjas, such as Hashirama and Tobirama. I have heard some people say you will only need 3 star to be able to book them, and 4 star if they can book up to +2. But I have not been able to confirm this.
