Second question: Can the Leader pass on leadership temporarily? If the Leader passes his/her position on to another member, would said member be able to pass the leadership back to the previous/original Leader? Having trouble arranging for Great Ninja War. Yeah, the Leader registered, but he's not sure if he'll be able to make it at the designated time. So if he's not there, we should still be ok?

And he's already worked out the passing leadership back and forth with his two seniors, so the trust thing is all set.
