In the Group base, there is a merchant from whom you can obtain one of the daily missions involving Sky/Earth Scroll * mission. Unfortunately, these missions are only available daily during certain time window. I do not know what those time windows are.


Is there a way to find out what those time window(s) are?
Where/how do I find the merchant * time window?

Click on the kunai/scroll icon below your characters icon, all event times are there.

As can be seen in the screenshot above, there is no kunai/scroll below (nor anywhere near) the character icon.

You will have to be more specific. The whereabouts of the time-schedule information, if it exists at all, still remains a mystery.
