is about latency , LAG , PING NETWORK - on my server i'm on same situation like you , and i don't understand why , i'm living in uk and hawe network from here , where basicly should be the uk server , and a friend from italy get'z all the time SS before me , is getting the data much faster , i tink is alll about broadband .
