well normal gaara is 4 stars and kaze gaara is 3 stars. Mood for normal gaara is 13% nin and mood for gaara 25% nin. The difference in ninjutsu is like 300-400, But the damage is way more for normal gaara and it basically hits everyone in the enemies field. In ranked battle, it made most of my ninjas like 25% hp in one single mystery due to normal gaara hitting every single ninja. This post was last edited by 101***@google at 2017-6-24 09:32

Concerning this, damage may differ, although Kazekage's barrier also increases Ninjutsu and Taijutsu for Earth ninjas, not only Wind. Immobile was already mentioned.

I understand the damage may differ, but the damage output in mystery between normal gaara mystery(not awakened fully and mooded 13%) VS kazekage gaara (awakened fully and mooded 25%) is way off. Normal gaara does 20k non crit and 30k crit VS kazekage gaara 17k non crit and 24k crit.

Or are you saying that kazekage mystery is weaker coz he can boost wind and earth tai and nin, and he has immobile in his chase.

I am most not stating that one or the other is stronger/weaker.

The damage difference between the 2 can be affected by the star difference as well, although I agree that it would just make the gap between the two a bit smaller.
I will try to run a few tests of my own, and look into it, if that's a bug or not, but most likely it's not.

What I have also noticed, both of your Gaaras seem to be on different placement positions, try to make sure they get equal tactic buffs, and are equipped with the same gear when you run your tests

Thks for the reply. plz do run some tests. The position seems different becoz when any ninja casts a mystery or they do a chase they tend to come forward. Both normal gaara and kaze gaara were in the same position with the same equips.

I'm fresh after a quick test.

5 star Gaara at Gold+2 5% nin mood (lvl 85 max cultivate)
3 Star KK Gaara at Red+2 37% nin mood (lvl 90 max cultivate)

Regular Gaara's damage was slightly bigger, although it was 1-3k per kakashi clone difference.
I am unable to test them on equal powers, but that's what showed up.

For now I'm waiting for an answer from the team

Uhm why you assume they work of same formula, they are completely different mysteries. Normal Gaara just has a better nin ratio, pretty sure 2 star Gaara has even better damage then his evolved 3 star mystery from what i remember by quiet a lot but he is still worse over all ninja.

Yes, maybe they work of a different formula, due to being different mysteries. What i want to know is if its meant to be like that ( the damage difference even tho its not fully awakened ,mooded, cultivated and not having that much of a nin difference overall). The damage makes a lot of difference in ranked mostly due to it being on auto and the Ai not being that smart. 3rd round normal gaara mystery hits all the enemies (9 position slots in each team, makin it 27 position slots total in 3 enemy team or camp) + meis mystery does hurt a lot in ranked.

Any news or update in this?
