I usually go for advanced threads as theyre pretty hard to come by. But my BA is rank 6 and I'm trying to get it to 7. The tactics aren't bad either though as you do get a fixed drop of each page. Really depends what youre needing. If youre really hurting for the tactics then go for those. Try to get them to at lest level 4 or 5. Though stacking advanced threads will give you a leg up in the long run once you(if you dont already have rank 6 armor) to pu* to level 7. ALso dont forget purifies.
