  • I wouldn't be so sure due to the fact, that both Anko and Haku which has the same manual barrier/release mystery seem to work correctly and without any changes.
i was making the assumption based on that normal sasuke and gaara on the chinese and taiwan versions function this way when they dont have skill books or mutations, its possible oasis didnt know when they made patch notes though
