I can confirm this issue, just Sasuke and Gaara's barrier started working differently, with the 3 round cooldown starting when you use the mystery a second time. If you let the barrier just expire in round 3 then you can recast the barrier in round 4, if you use it you have to wait 3 additional rounds before relaunching the barrier.

This really can't be intended can it?
