still cant claim and the gift that they give to sorry this bug not even fair this bug is from same event before and they cant fix it? really
player is the only one here who so sad and mad about this bug

Still can not receive rewards. I hope i can get those back. Maybe someone from Oasis could reply ? Or don't you care about players ?

Hello,

Compensation was only for ninja exam mission, the first one because rest of them are only once per week so they can still claim them
As for survival trial, you need to do it manually (at least 1 stage), and have 12 ninjas chosen (even if you don't use them)

Hi. I still have same problem with survival (like most players). Cleared it everyday and have 12 ninjas but that doesn't help.

works perfectly for me, once you reset and do 9 sweeps, clear one trial and one normal manually and finish the rest 3 manually, voila, you can claim them all
